Monday - Friday schedule: 

8:00 - 8:30 a.m.: FLEX time. 

Please only use this if you have a summer camp or job time conflict. Open to all ages. No sign-ups in advance this year. Come if you are able.

Regular Practice Schedule: Please arrive 15 min. prior to these practice time.

8:30 - 9:15 a.m.: Ages 11-12

9:15 - 10:00 a.m.: Ages 9-10

10:00 - 10:30 a.m.: Ages 7-8

10:30 - 11:00 a.m.: Ages 6 & Under

11:00 - 12:00 Noon: Age 13 & Up

Great way to get points early!

Afternoon practices for 6 and unders. Practice time is 4:15-4:45 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays only (which is May 13, 15, and 20). No daily practices for our 6 and unders until morning practices start on May 23rd.

You will need to complete the one hour training course to be certified as a stroke and turn judge. This is available online only this year. The course must be completed once a year (last summer's doesn't count). If you sign up for this roll, please ensure you sign up for two sessions at any meets. If you don't sign up for stroke and turn sessions, you will be removed from this training for volunteer points. Once you complete the training, this will be changed to 10 points.

Registration Portal will be open to all swimmers at 8:00 am. Registration will remain open until May 23rd. Please be prepared to sign up for volunteer points and process payment. Sign up as soon as you can to ensure you get a spot!
