6+under families: We have opened a new time to accommodate you. Your practice time will be 11:00-11:30am. This could change based on numbers as we get closer to June. The coaching staff is keeping safety the priority.

You are about to register for the 2026 swim season. New members- By registering, you'll have access to your own private account that will enable you to easily declare for swim meets, sign up for volunteer jobs, check your current volunteer point status, and much more.

The cost per swimmer is $250, and this year includes a team t-shirt, swim cap, towel, championship entries, end-of-year party, and end-of-the-season award. Each additional swimmer will be $225. Fees will be due at the time of registration.

Refunds- If your swimmer is unable to swim independently for 5 yards by the end of the first two weeks OR your swimmer is no longer interested, you may request a refund. Refunds will be given minus the ($40) gear received. After the first two weeks of practice, no refunds will be given for any age groups. Meets- Meetdetails are loaded in our Calendar and on the Season Schedule Page. Please take a look to see your family's availability, and declare your ability to attend early. Volunteering-The point system will be continued. Each family will be asked to volunteer at our home and away meets, accumulating at least 50 points total. At registration, you will need to sign up for ALL 50 points. Donations Max is 15 Points Total.** There will be a monetary penalty this year in an attempt to make it fair for the families that are volunteering consistently. At the end of the season, you will be fined $50 for every 10 points unfulfilled. There is no volunteer requirement for parents of kids 15 & up. We will make every effort to help each family reach this requirement! Communication throughout the season is so important! Suits- All Blue Heron swimmers will be required to wear the Blue Heron team suit to swim in meets. Please order your suit on time to avoid delays or expedited shipping charges. Since this is our 6th year, consider buying 2nd hand, in our FB group. Swimmingly- The league requires all swimmers to be registered through Swimmingly. The fee to register each swimmer is $16. You will receive this link in your Westhaven Swim Team registration confirmation email.

Optional Personalized Caps- This year we are offering optional Personalized Latex Swim Caps. They can be ordered during registration and will need to be in by April 13th to make the deadline. These are an option and will be an additional $20 per pair. The format will be First Initial dot Last Name (A. SMITH) or (A.J. SMITH).
