Hi, my name is Colin Adams and I'm super excited for another year with the Blue Herons. This will be my 4th year coaching the team.  I am a rising Sophomore at Vanderbilt University where I am studying Economics and swimming in my free time.  I have participated in summer swim since the age of 6 and even though I can't swim for the team this year, I plan on being the team's loudest cheer leader from the sides. When I'm not coaching, I can be found wake surfing, skiing and cheering on my favorite sports teams.  I can't wait to meet everyone!

Hi! My name is Lea Adams and I am one of the swim team coaches this summer. I am currently a Senior at Franklin High School.  This will be my second year coaching for the team and I have been a swimmer for the Blue Herons for the past four years.  I started swimming when I was 5 and my favorite stroke is breaststroke.  I am so excited for a great season!

Hi! My name is Maggie Bledsoe.  I am a rising junior at Brentwood Academy.  I have been with the Blue Herons since 2021. I also swam with Brentwood Academy's swim team in middle school and now participate in their cross country team.  Outside of school, I do horseback riding as well. Along with those sports I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, serving at my church and being involved in theatre. I love working with kids and am excited for an opportunity to grow their skills as swimmers.  I am ecstatic to coach this year and cannot wait for a great season!

Hello! My name is Andrea Dolaptchiev and I cannot wait to be a Westhaven swim coach again this summer!  I am currently a senior at Franklin High School, where I am enrolled in the IB program.  I have been a swimmer on the Westhaven team for three years, along with currently participating in Franklin High School's Swim and Dive Team.  My favorite strokes are definitely freestyle and breaststroke!  Other than swimming, I love to travel, ski, read and draw.  I cannot wait to start another great season!

Hi, I’m Nora Hetherington. I’m so excited for my 3rd year coaching for the Blue Herons!  I am a senior at Ravenwood High School, where I am on the swim team and a 3 time state qualifier! I have swam competitively for 15 years!  My favorite races are the 50 freestyle and 100 breaststroke! When I am not swimming, I enjoy spending time with family and friends! I am so excited to be a part of the team this year and can’t wait to meet everyone!!”

Hi, my name is Noah Hindman. I am a junior at Independence High School. I moved from Arizona 6 years ago and have been swimming for 10 years, including the past 5 summers with the Westhaven Blue Herons.  My favorite stroke is breaststroke. Outside of the pool, I enjoy fishing, mountain biking, and being outside.  I'm grateful to be part of the Blue Herons and look forward to another great summer season while continuing to improve and compete with the team.

Hi!  My name is Sophia Pryles.  I'm so excited to come back for another season with the Blue Herons!  I am currently a freshman at Western Kentucky University studying Elementary Education. I have been involved in swimming for many years, both as a swimmer and as part of the coaching staff.  I enjoy helping swimmers build confidence, improve their skills and have fun while being part of the team.  I'm looking forward to another great season!

Hi, my name is Tristan Weismantel. I am a rising senior at Battle Ground Academy.  I have been swimming for around 12 years and in that time, I have swum for the Blue Herons for 3 summers, Ensworth Aquatics for 2 years and my school swim team for 5 years. When I am not swimming, I love to spend time with family and friends, work on engineering projects and study cybersecurity. I am super grateful to be part of the team this year and can't wait for another great season!

Erin Pryles comes to the Westhaven Swim Team with a wealth of knowledge that she is excited to share with our coaches and team members. Her love for the sport runs deep as she has over 30 years of teaching/coaching experience.

Erin has participated at various levels of coaching which include: collegiate, high school, summer league and year around. She earned a scholarship to Colorado State University where she also became an assistant coach for 4 years. She then coached at Martin's Landing Summer Swim Team in Roswell, Georgia for 10 years, Centennial High School Swim Team in Roswell, Georgia for 4 years, Northern Nevada Aquatics in Reno, Nevada for 2 years and Ensworth Aquatics for 5 years.

Erin is currently the school counselor at St. Matthew School.
