Hi Blue Herons Family,

Attached please find the Championship Meet Line Up.  The relays are not included in this line up.  As a team, we pay per entry for all of the championship entries, so it's important that we get them correct. In addition, we need to submit our team entries by Friday, June 19th and entries can NOT be changed after we submit them.

Please take a look at the line up and respond to this email by 8:00am Friday, June 19th if: 

1.  Your swimmer would like to attend, but is not listed.

2.  Your swimmer will not attend, but is listed.

3.  Your swimmer would like to be entered in different events.

In addition, as a team we are required to fill a certain amount of volunteer roles for the meet.  If we do not fill the roles we've been assigned by the league, we pay $150 fine for each role not filled.  Therefore, if you are signed up for a volunteer position, please be flexible if we have to change you to another position.  We will keep your role during the same session, but may need you to fill a league position vs a team position.

7:00am:  warm ups for 15-18 Girls and Boys
7:45am:  session 1 begins

10:15am:  warm ups for 9-10/13-14 Girls
11:15am: session 2 begins

3:15pm: warm ups for 9-10/13-14 Boys
4:15pm: session 3 starts

Saturday, June 27th

7:00am:  warm ups for 6-under girls and boys
7:45am: session 4 begins

10:00am: warm ups for 7-8/11-12 Girls
11:00am:  session 5 begins

3:00pm: warm ups for 7-8/11/12 Boys
4:00pm:  session 6 begins
