Please read the newsletter for our team announcements this week.  Below the newsletter, you will find information from the host team about our meet on Tuesday.

Parking Parking at our pool is extremely limited. We highly encourage carpooling as much as possible. Overflow parking will be across the street in the neighborhood. There is no parking on Lexington Parkway. If you do have to park in the neighborhood, please do not block driveways or intersections. (I know this is likely common sense for your parents, but it has happened before!) 

Pool Deck Setup Our pool deck is not the largest, but we work hard to maximize the space we have. I have attached an overhead photo that is labeled with what goes where. Your team will have the grassy area outside the pool's fence for your age group tents and spectators. Only a very small portion of this area is shown in the overhead picture (hence the arrow pointing out of frame), but I promise it is a large space with plenty of room to spread out and set up tents! We ask that your parents only enter the pool deck to watch their swimmers, and then return to your team's area outside the fence. This will greatly help with spacing and the efficiency of the meet. Please bring tents, chairs, blankets/towels to sit on, etc. as we will not have any pool furniture on the pool deck or outside the fence during the meet. 

Meet Details We will start the meet promptly at 4:00, and plan to run a 7-lane pool.  Your team's warm-up time will be 3:15-3:45. The shallow end of our main pool, as well as our baby pool will be CLOSED for the entirety of the meet. Please inform your families that swimmers, siblings, etc. are NOT permitted in these areas during the course of the meet. 

Food for Sale We will have a concession stand, Kona Ice, as well as Marco's pizza for sale. We are a cashless facility, so please let your families know that card/Venmo are the only methods of payment we can accept for the pizza, and our concession stand only accepts card payments.
