Dear Blue Heron Parents,

Thank you for your patience these first two weeks.  We are getting to know your swimmers and beginning next week, the pool space should open up a bit when the age groups are split.  

We have a few announcements to share with everyone that can't wait for next week's newsletter.

1.  Please follow all HOA Pool rules.

• No Glass
• No Gum
• No running
• No climbing on furniture or removing the yellow cushions
• No motorized bikes on the sidewalks/walkways.
• No bikes of any kind on the pool deck.

2.  Please make sure that when you arrive at the pool, you watch your swimmer(s) until the coaches call their age group(s).  The coaches are working with the swimmers in the water and are not able to monitor your swimmers on the pool deck until it is their practice time.

3.  Please make sure you leave the pool area cleaner than when you arrived.  (Lower an umbrella, push in your chair, clean up trash, look around your area for any belongings.)

We received several messages from the HOA regarding children throwing the yellow cushions/pillows, and misusing the pool deck furniture.  Please remind your swimmers that the pool area should be treated with respect.  We want to continue being good partners with the hOA and ensure our team remains welcome at the pool throughout the season.  We appreciate your help reinforcing these expectations with your children before arriving at practice each day.
