Hi Everyone,

The championship meet entries are due at the end of the week.    Please take some time to look over the attachment and respond with the following by Thursday, June 19 at noon:

1.  My swimmer (name and age group) is entered in the correct events.

2.  My swimmer is not entered, but would like to swim these events (choose up to 4 individual events:  fly, back, breast, free or IM).

3.  My swimmer is entered in the meet, but we are not planning to attend.

4.  My swimmer is not entered in the meet and we do not plan to attend.

**Please note, Relays are not included at this time because I need to make sure I have all of the swimmers who will be in attendance before I create the relays.  I will send out another draft of the lineup which will include relays, once I get responses from this email.
