Westhaven vs Fieldstone Farms:

What a great night!  The final score was WHVN: 952 and FFF: 554.

Disqualifications:  Sometimes swimmers will get DQ'd.  It is NOT a big deal... it is actually a great learning experience if we can tie it to their practice performance. We are always working on legal strokes and proper swim stroke technique.  If they have questions about anything, please have them see me.

* For Backstroke, several of our swimmers were DQ'd for "Shoulders Past Vertical".  This is a fancy way of saying "rolled onto your stomach before touching the wall".  

Relays:  We do our very best to enter each swimmer in at least one relay.  Sometimes swimmers opt out, but if you are entered in a relay, please make sure you stay for the relay.  If there is a conflict, please let the coaching staff know about the conflict asap (preferably before the meet begins) so that we can make adjustments.  If you leave without letting anyone know, three teammates don't have the opportunity to swim.  Please be considerate.

Please make sure you have declared your swimmers as attending or not attending by tomorrow on swimmingly.

All event requests must be made by tomorrow.

* We will have the Salsa's Food Truck at the meet on Monday.
