Our Dual Meet Season is about to begin and the swimmers are ready!  

Monday, June 2:  Westhaven Intrasquad Meet

**Attached please find a copy of the meet line up for Monday.

 Please look over it for your swimmers and respond to this email by 8pm tonight if...

1. Your swimmer is entered, but you do not plan to attend.

2. You plan to attend, but your swimmer is not entered.

3. Your swimmer is entered in different events that they requested.
(This may happen if the team needs a swimmer in a specific event, so please be flexible.)

** I have several swimmers registered for the free as an exhibition event... we would like everyone to swim free so we have times to use to create relays. 

Prepare for a swim meet, please review the information under the tab Swim Meet 101. The coaches would like to add a little team spirit to our meets... and would like to have a THEME for each meet.  Please dress in *BLUE and WHITE* for Monday's meets.  We ask that you stay away from Face Paint or anything that would make a mess on the deck, but otherwise your creativity is the limit, ie:  Leis, Beads, fun glasses, pom poms, etc.

*We will have concessions at each meet. Monday we will offer chik-fil a sandwiches along with snacks, drinks.

Next week's Schedule:  

Monday, June 2:  Normal morning practice (Meet Prep) - Merch will be available for purchase.
2:45pm- Arrive at Skube and check in to Heron's Nest and Volunteer Table.
4:00pm- Meet begins

Tuesday, June 3: Normal practice

Wednesday, June 4:  Individual/Family Photos, Practice times TBD

Thursday, June 5: Normal practice

Friday, June 6: Normal practice

We know we have a lot of new families this year and there is a lot of information thrown at you. Please reach out if you have questions... and if you're a returning family, please help out when other families have questions.
