Fieldstone Farms Dual Meet Tomorrow

Hi Parents,

It's hard to believe that our final dual meet of the season is tomorrow.  Attached is the meet heat sheet.  You should also be able to see your swimmers in the swimminglyfan app.  

We will be swimming at Fieldstone Farms.  
Below please find the information we need to know.

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • LOCATION:1530 Lexington Pkwy, Franklin, TN 37069
  • PLEASE NOTE: There will be NO PARKING on Lexington Pkwy. You will be towed. Please do not park under the covered entrance to the clubhouse. Parking is allowed on the other streets, but please do not block mailboxes or driveways
FOOD
Fieldstone Farms Concession Stand for drinks, snacks, and candy (cash/credit/debit). We will also start selling Chik Fila Sandwiches around 5pm for $7 (Cash or Venmo) and waters/gatorades. We will also have a Hawaiian Shaved Ice truck (cash, credit/debit, venmo, apple pay, google pay) onsite in front of the clubhouse right by the pool entrance. Proceeds from the Chik Fila/Drinks and Hawaiian Ice sales will go to support the Nashville Dolphins.

TEAM SEATING: 
As you enter our deck, your team & family members may sit in the area to the right and on the entire deck area. We may need to utilize some of the grassy area outside of the pool for additional space as the pool deck will get tight. If it is hot, we will also open up the clubhouse with A/C for those that need relief from the heat. You may bring tents and set them up on the pool deck. There's probably room for 7 or 8 of them on your side. There's a covered canopy with picnic tables in between the pool and clubhouse that can also be utilized. We can start arriving around 2:45 and start setting up.  

**  We need to bring 6-8 tents for our Heron's Nests. 
  •  If you have a tent that you can bring, please respond to this email.  
  • If you have a truck that can fit out team tents from the pool, please respond to this email.  
• PLEASE NOTE: Our clubhouse asks that you please put down towels if your swimmers will be sitting on them. They don't want us to leave marks (like sharpie) on the chairs. Not sure we would be able to get black sharpie off of them. • We have a limited number of chairs, so I recommend your team brings some of their own.
CLERK OF COURSE:
Our Clerk of Course tent is located straight back when you enter our pool deck.

Meet Start

All Volunteers, Please come with your cell phones charged and the software downloaded.

Due to the potential length of the meet we will be running a first and second shift of timers and judges. We will switch shifts after the Freestyle relays and will likely need to pause the meet during this time for 10 minutes or so to re-huddle. Please help by having your volunteers ready to go so we can minimize the downtime during the shift change.

PRACTICES THIS WEEK:  
We will have normal practice times through Thursday of this week.  
No practice on Friday, July 1st as all of our coaches will be at the League Championship Meet.
