Hi Everyone! 

It is almost time for our first ever Neighborhood Swim Meet!  We need ALL HANDS ON DECK tomorrow.  Please check your schedule and see if you are able to help us.

Here is where we still need help:

• During practice tomorrow you can check in with our set up crew to see what needs to be done.  
  • To start with set up:  All of the lounge chairs need to be stacked and put away in the storage area... that is a big job that can be made much easier with lots of help.
• During the Meet: We are still in need of...
  • 2    parents who can help in the 11-12 bullpen.  No experience necessary.
  • 2-3  parents willing to help with the clerk of course.  No experience necessary, just organizational skills needed.  We really need this position filled in order to run an efficient meet.
  • 1 parent who can write down the order of finish for each race. (Place judge). This person gets a front row seat throughout the meet.
• After the Meet:  Tear down/ Clean Up Crew
  • We expect each bullpen to clean up after themselves.  
  • Either tomorrow night or Tuesday morning we will need to put all of the lounge chairs back on deck.

The line up can now be found on the SwimminglyFan App.  Please make sure you download that app and follow your swimmer.   If you want a paper version of the heat sheet, you will need to print your own copy at home.  We will provide copies to those who are volunteering in the bullpens.

There were a few glitches in the program, we have a swimmer entered twice in the 6-un boys 25 free and our 11-12 boys Medley relay has 3 too many swimmers in it, so please disregard.  The coaches will have the proper relay upon check in tomorrow afternoon.

Don't forget to bust our your Hawaiian Shirts and Leis...  It's going to be a Luau!
